BOUTIQUE INSPIRED RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH RED LIGHT THERAPY With Sandi Hartz A spa styled room is bathed in red light to assist in deep cellular healing alongside with Restorative yoga postures, sound therapy, meditation and breath work, facilitating a unique, transformative experience of healing. Classes are small, 6 to 8 people To allow gentle hands on touch. All props are here and set up for each individual.
